Qatar announces its subscription to the HCoC
March 2024
on 11 March 2024, Qatar became the 145th subscribing state to the Hague Code of Conduct.
Qatar becomes the fourth Middle East state to join the Code, after Turkey, Jordan and Iraq. This is a very welcome development given the importance of missile-related developments in the region.
The FRS held a seminar dedicated to Middle Eastern countries just a few weeks ago, on 30-31 January in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and to discuss some of these developments with experts from the region.
You can refer to the list and the map of all HCoC subscribing states here.
