FRS organises a series of regional and/or sub-regional events, as well as country-specific expert missions. On 17 May 2022, FRS experts met with a delegation of researchers and officials from the United Arab Emirates in Dubai (UAE). The meeting aimed at discussing about trends in missile proliferation in the region, the benefits of joining the Code for states of the region, the challenges facing the Code, as well as to exchange perspectives on dual-use technologies control.
On 23 November 2021, the FRS and representatives from the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo discussed over ballistic missile proliferation and the role of the Hague Code of Conduct. This event took the form of a hybrid event with representatives of RDC gathering in Kinshasa and experts from FRS, the EU, the Argentinian Chair, Austria and UNREC presenting virtually.
On 10 December 2020, the FRS and representatives from the government of South Sudan discussed over ballistic missile proliferation and the role of the Hague Code of Conduct. This event took the form of a hybrid event with representatives of South Sudan gathering in Juba and experts from FRS, the EU, the Swiss Chair, Austria and the ISS-Africa presenting virtually.
On 10 December 2020, the FRS and representatives from the government of Vietnam discussed over ballistic missile proliferation and the role of the Hague Code of Conduct. This event took the form of a hybrid event with representatives of Vietnam gathering in Hanoi and experts from FRS, the EU, the Swiss Chair and Austria presenting virtually.
On 12 December 2019, the FRS, conducted an expert mission in Ivory Coast to discuss and debate the HCoC.
On 17 July 2019, the FRS, in cooperation with the Habibie Center conducted an expert mission in Indonesia to discuss and debate the HCoC.
On 11 March 2019, the FRS conducted an expert mission in Malaysia to discuss and debate the HCoC.
On 19 July 2017, the FRS conducted an expert mission to Bangladesh to discuss and debate the HCoC. This event was covered by the local newspaper BD Chronicle.
On 11 April 2016, the FRS conducted, in partnership with the Pretoria-based Institute for Security Studies, a mission in South Africa to promote the HCoC.
