On 15 December 2014, the Council of the European Union adopted Decision 2014/913/CFSP in support of the Hague Code of Conduct and ballistic missile non-proliferation in the framework of the implementation of the EU Strategy against Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

This is the third decision, following up on Decision 2008/974/CFSP of 18 December 2008 and Decision 2012/423/CFSP of 23 July 2012.

Under this decision, the following activities are taking place:

1. Information and communication activities, through the creation and dissemination of leaflets and Welcome packages on the HCoC, as well as through the update and maintenance of the secure HCoC website
2. Publication of two food-for-thought papers per year
3. Organisation of a series of outreach events in Vienna and New York, as well as 3 regional seminars and up to 10 expert missions
